    Had a nice time here. The staff was super friendly and the Prosecco at check-in was a lovely touch. Our room was well-furnished, but it was a bit dark and lacked basic amenities like hand soap and coffee provisions. we had some waiting at the bar for service. not quite what I expected.

    Had a lovely stay with a clean room and a powerful shower that really made a difference. Relaxing in the lounge area and enjoying the rooftop garden was a highlight for sure. Just a heads up, the hot breakfast selection was a bit limited, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

    Our stay was quite enjoyable, especially since we were so close to all the theater actions and the vibrant energy of London. The room was perfectly sized for our family, with modern touches like USB sockets and a cozy bar area—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Plus, the added bonus of being pet-friendly allowed us to bring our two dogs along, making it feel like a true family getaway.
